Hello Friends,

Amber and I have two houses and a condo for rent in beautiful Dennisport! We are looking to rent out all three properties.

Cottage 1 - includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a sunroom.

​

Cottage 2 - includes 2 bedrooms, and a loft for sleeping.

​

There is a shared yard and each cottage has a table and charcoal grill for your use on those nice summer nights. Each cottage has parking spaces for 2 vehicles.

​

The condo includes 1 bedroom and a large, enclosed deck. The condo has parking for 1 vehicle.

​

Included in the weekly fee is Wi-Fi, A/C, Taxes, Linens, and Cleaning

The cottages are 1/4 mile walk from Glendon Beach, and are close to many great Dennisport Restaurants such as:

     Sundae School (everyone loves ice cream!)
    Woolfies (great muffins and baked goods for breakfast!)
    and my personal favorite...
    The Dog House (the BEST hot dogs on the Cape!)

May 27 through June 24 - $1100/week
June 24 through September 1 - $1500/week
September 2 through October 10th - $1100/week

The condo is a 1/2 mile walk to Depot Street beach and is a short walk to many Dennisport restaurants such as:

     The Wooden Shoe (biggest lobster roll around!)

     The Wee Packet (outstanding breakfast!)

     and

     Sundae School (less than a 5-minute walk for ice cream!)

​

The condo is available from May 1st through Columbus Day

​

May 1 through June 24 - $600/week

June 24 through September 2 - $950/week

September 2 through October 10 - $600/week
